At Las Villas de Mexico we start from the idea that the customer experience begins with the complete satisfaction of your home, the proper and efficient maintenance of the common areas and the guarantees received from the developer.
From the time of purchase until the day of delivery, each owner has an assigned personal assistant, who acts as liaison between him and the company in all matters relating to the new home. The OA coordinates special requests, moving, purchases of furniture and equipment, resolves questions about the construction status and in general oversees that each unit is delivered in a timely manner to its new owner.

The developments of Las Villas de Mexico are planned under a condominium property regime. This means that homeowners in Las Villas de Mexico have rights and obligations regarding the common areas, in addition, the coexistence between owners is governed by the internal rules of LVDM.
Customer Experience monitors the performance of the Condominium Manager, who is responsible for maintaining a good relationship among the homeowners, for ensuring the good condition of the common areas, for managing the fees, and for the enforcement of regulations.

Post sales department also provides an Owner's Manual with all specifications, drawings and instructions that the owner may need about the new property.
