Residential Services

Las Villas de Mexico San Jose del Cabo is operated as a boutique hotel, offering to owners and visitors the amenities of a luxury resort in the privacy of their own home.

All services are centralized and coordinated at a hotel type reception and are "a la carte", i.e. the clients only pays when they use them. 
 

                                          
Front Desk

Homeowners and guests may receive immediate attention from a hotel like operator by dialing extension “0” from their property. Our qualified receptionists can answer questions regarding the development, take messages, ask for a wake up call or request any residential service. 

The front desk is located at the Guest House and is where rentals check in and out takes place, along with the key keeping service.





Si Concierge

Local expert provides information about the area, recommends activities, offers several types of discounts, serves as liaison for health care, coordinates transportation and helps making reservations with multiple service providers like restaurants, tour operators, spa services at home and at other locations. 




"El Mercado" Catering Services

Grocery purchases prior to the arrival of the owner or visitor and delivery to their home. Catering and private chefs for special dinners.



Casa Maintenace

Specialized services ranging from plumbing and electricity to basic services like putting up a shelf or moving heavy furniture.


Home Cleaning

Daily cleaning professional services, deep cleaning, window cleaning and hotel type services.

 

 
 

 
 
Residential Programs

Owners can choose to belong to residential programs, the difference between Residential Programs and Residential Services, is that access to the Residential Programs is through an agreement between the owner and LVDM, which grants certain rights and obligations to each party.



Casa Care (Property Management)* 

 A comprehensive program consisting of full management of the property, utility payment, monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance and house control.

 



Las Villas Retreat (Home Exchange And Rental Programs)* 

Owners have the opportunity to participate in the rentals program when not using their property, obtaining profits through vacation rentals or long term rentals.
