Some of the extra services that Si Concierge can recommend are:

  • Catering services including private chefs for special events
  • Coordination with reliable and professional contractors and subcontractors in the area, for specialized plumbing and electrical works.
  • Coordination with companies that provide professional cleaning services.
  • Guidance on qualified property management companies in Cancun, for those owners looking for a company responsible for the maintenance and management of their property. (Utilities payments - electricity, water, telephone, Maintenance inspections, Condominium Association representation, etc.).
     

     



Residential Programs

Owners can choose to belong to residential programs, the difference between Residential Programs and Residential Services, is that access to the Residential Programs is through an agreement between the owner and Kukulcan Condos, which grants certain rights and obligations to each party.

  
                                                         

Rentals Program*

Kukulcan owners have the opportunity to participate in the rentals program when not using their property, obtaining profits through vacation rentals or long term rentals. This service will be provided by Las Villas de Mexico. 

 



Open Door Program*

Home Exchange program among the various Homex Tourism Division developments. Program will begin in late 2011 or early 2012
