Loreto Baja Golf Club
The Loreto Golf Club is part of the amenities offered by the development of Las Villas de Mexico. The par 72 golf course has 18 holes and is considered one of the most beautiful courses in Baja California, specially for its flamboyant hole 15, a par 3 of 220 yards across a Estero (Estuary).
The course was designed by Mario Schejtnan and by renowned architect Peter Güereca who were able to integrate it harmoniously into the natural landscape formed by the Sierra de la Giganta, the semi-desert areas with cactus vegetation, the mangroves, the hills of Punta Nopoló and the Sea of Cortes. The course also has four artificial lakes.
David Duval remodeled the course in 2008 adding special characteristics in order to make it even more challenging for those who love the sport.
The course has a clubhouse, bar, kitchen, practice range, putting range, carts and rental equipment.

Sunstone Club de Playa
The Sunstone Club at Loreto Baja will be one of the most exclusive beach clubs in the country, offering unparalleled service and world class amenities to its members. More than 300 feet of beachfront will embrace the magnificent Sea of Cortes by combining recreational areas, restaurants, palapas, lounge chairs and water sports areas.
Located strategically within the development of Loreto Baja, the Sunstone Club will be the only beach club in Nopoló. Its striking design will blend with the environment and create the feeling of being on an island surrounded by water – sea at the front and a lake at the back – semi desert vegetation, and wide open spaces.

The first investors will receive the membership included in the price of their home in Loreto Baja. The monthly maintenance fee for members will be approximately U.S. $ 95.00
Loreto Baja Activity Center
The Loreto Baja Activity Center is another major attraction of the development. With its spacious reception and concierge specialists, it is the most important information center in the area and it is the meeting place to discover Loreto and its surroundings.
At the Activity Center members can book tours, activities, fishing trips, rent yachts or sailboats, arrange transportation, car rentals, request babysitting services and many other services. This center offers a daily shuttle service to Loreto and to Puerto Escondido and members can also rent golf carts and bicycles.
There is a designated area for rentals check-in at the Front Desk. The offices of Customer Experience are On the second floor of the Activity Center, an specific space devoted only to the owners of Loreto Baja.

The Master Plan of Loreto Baja defines three Commercial Zones on Boulevard Misiones with retail spaces for sale and rent.
The Marketing and Sales of these spaces will follow up specific CC&R’s (Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions), in order to comply with architectural guidelines for construction and facades and also with the types of businesses allowed: pharmacies, mini markets, dry cleaning and laundry, medical and dental, packaging and mailing services, banks, galleries, restaurant bars, boutiques, etc..
